Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026
Cellstouched Tree Service wants everyone to be able to use cellstouched.skin, including people with disabilities. This statement shows how we approach it. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want the site to work for as many people as possible. We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is a common standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To help, we aim to:
- Use clear headings in a sensible order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let people use the whole site with a keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple words
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Tools or content from third parties, such as embedded widgets, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems we find.
Need Another Way In?
If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider. Or email contact@cellstouched.skin, and we will do our part to assist.
Send Us Feedback
We want to hear how the site works for you. Email contact@cellstouched.skin and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened, and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive tool you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making it better.
