How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Cellstouched Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If that did not happen, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Cellstouched Tree Service
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that is unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, start with the provider. Keep a written record.
Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who keep falling short may be removed. But Cellstouched Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@cellstouched.skin. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what you would like us to do
What Happens Next
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may help too.
